How to edit vehicle in GTA Vice City

To edit any vehicle i.e., to make it as strong as Rino or make it a super car or super bike you have to just download a vehicle editor from the link below:

Extract this file in any folder as you desire.


IMPORTANT:
While running the program only use capital letters and when
specifying a number which is not an integer, use the character
. (dot), not the character , (comma). Otherwise this might cause
your GTA: Vice City game to crash. DO NOT try to use the
"super car" or "super bike" settings for a helicopter, boat
or airplane! This may also cause your game to crash!


I would strongly recommend that you don't turn vans and cars like
that into super cars. They will get very difficult to handle. I would
recommend you to turn cars like Banshee, Infernus and Stinger
into super cars instead. If you "make a vehcile as strong as the Rhino"
it doesn't mean that it's bulletproof!

Before executing the program:


1.    Place the executable file (jgtavcve.exe)
    in the /data folder in your GTA: Vice City directory.
    (Otherwise it won't work)
    For an example: "C:\Program\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\data"

2.    Make sure to make a backup of the file "handling.cfg"
    in the data folder.
Now, say that you want to turn the car Infernus
into a super car, just follow these steps:

1.    Start the program. A screen should appear.
    Press 2 followed by enter.

2.    Now enter the vehicle you want to edit.
    In this case type INFERNUS followed by
    enter.

3.    Now the car has been modified!
    A new screen should appear.
    Press 0 followed by enter.


Maybe you want to turn the bike, PCJ 600,
into a super bike? Then, follow these steps:

1.    Start the program. A screen should appear.
    Press 3 followed by enter.

2.    Now enter the vehicle you want to edit.
    In this case type BIKE followed by
    enter.

3.    Now the bike has been modified!
    A new screen should appear.
    Press 0 followed by enter.


OK, you maybe want to edit the vehicles "manually" too?
Then instead of pressing 2 or 3 in the menu. Press 1.
This will let you to be able to choose a vehicle. Now you
will see a new screen. This is where you choose in which way
you want to edit the vehicle. Say you want to edit the weight
of the vehicle. Then press B followed by enter. Now enter the
value. For an example 5000 (5000kg). Now press enter.
If you want to change another value hit 1, otherwise 0. If you
want to exit just press 0 again followed by enter.
